  1. 1 .  A maximum of 25 Rally cars can participate in the Rally with 2 drivers each. Alternatively, it is possible to participate with two motorcycles instead of two rider vehicles.

  2. 2.  The use of highway and non-highway roads is allowed along the rally route. Ferries (exceptions in the itinerary) are allowed. Some states have a general road toll. Everyone has to pay for it himself.

  3. 3. All road-compatible vehicles, including motorcycles, can participate in the rally.

  4. 4. Rally participants are allowed to use navigation devices.

  5. 5. Overnight stays in car, tent, outdoors, friends or hotels are allowed at meeting points.

  6. 6. Only members of the association can participate in the organization. Membership starts with payment of membership fee and ends automatically at the end of the relevant rally (Trial membership). Trial membership can be converted to unlimited membership upon request.

  7. 7. Membership fee and participation fee are paid as follows during registration to the rally. Membership fee is 40 Euros per person. The entrance fee for a team is 400 Euros per person. Due to association and tax law conditions, we have to split the membership fee and the entrance fee.

  8. 8. Association membership gives participants the right to participate in the organization. If a member or the entire team does not participate in the rally, the membership fee and entry fee are not refunded. Membership ends automatically if the membership fee is not paid.
  • 9. Each team participating in the rally must be equipped with a GPS system. In addition, it is not possible to participate in the rally without this system, which is used by the friends and acquaintances of the rally participants for their security and monitoring over the internet until the rally is over. The price of the tracking system on a rental basis is approximately EUR 100 per team.
10. Participants will be informed in advance about the package prices (footprint money, bridge crossings, security, etc.) and return flights of the countries on the route throughout the organization.
11. Rally cars will stay in the final country. The vehicles will be sold by auction method in the final country and the money collected will be used for social purposes. The organizing committee of the rally has the right to say what the money will be used for. Moreover, if the competitors wish, they can return with their own vehicles within the framework of their own responsibilities.
12. Rally teams bear all their own expenses during the organization. For this, they can enter into sponsorship relations. However, inappropriate naked advertising, political advertising and religious propaganda cannot be made due to special conditions in host countries.)
13. Rally participants undertake to affix the start plates to the back and front of the vehicle, as well as the participant plates to the driver and passenger doors, and, if necessary, additional stickers of the main sponsors, together with the registration.
14. In the countries of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, car insurances will be organized by the rally organization together with the teams. In case of any penalty, the competitor will pay the penalty himself.
15. Food, fuel, vehicles, insurance, return flight, etc. Participants bear their own costs.

16. Participants can publish the photos and videos they took during the organization. No publications, images or messages can be shared outside the organization and in a way that offends the countries on the route. In addition, the following data, which must be entered during the organization, will be published on our website. -Team name, -website address / logo (if entered) and -Team number.
